Everybody has a dream. Mine involves a whisk, mixing bowls, an oven, sugar, flour and butter! Can you guess mine?
That's right, like many others who have succeeded, I have dreams of opening up my own bakery/Cafe in the future. But before I can achieve my dream, I will have to master the art of baking! I will be blogging and sharing my experiences in trying to master the skills necessary, from kneading yeast dough to beating cake batters to whisking meringue to dessert presentation and many more other skills.
